As a member of the NORML Legal Committee and as a Federal CJA Attorney I continually strive to serve those accused of drug offenses with robust defenses and up to date knowledge in this increasingly complex and commonly encountered area of criminal law. In the year 2000 alone, over 735,000 citizens were arrested on marijuana-related charges. Moreover,the proliferation of arrests in other areas of drug offenses has reached record numbers.
